Most of what we sell is assembled or packed by hand after you order, which is why it is not same-day. Craft supplies are picked from stock and ship at the faster end of the window below.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [2–4] business days. Custom and personalized orders require [5–7] business days before shipping.

Mixed orders ship together, once every item in them is ready — so an order containing a custom piece ships on the custom timeline. If you need part of it sooner, place two orders.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. Total time to receive your order = processing time + delivery time.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us at [your@email.com] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your building’s mail room first, then contact us within [7] days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you cover the return shipping cost.
